1. Denuncie inmediatamente. No espere 24 horas.
2. Aporte toda la información posible.
3. Confíe en las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado. Colabore con ellos.
4. Puede experimentar reacciones diversas ante el suceso.
5. Cuídese.
6. Informe a su entorno de lo ocurrido.
7. Participe en la búsqueda si así lo desea.
8. Cuide y seleccione la información que vaya a difundir.
9. Pida ayuda si así lo considera.
10. Si la persona es localizada informe de ello a las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad.
